At La Fraise, we work with four types of premium Belgian chocolate across our range:
Milk chocolate is smooth, creamy, and approachable — the most universally loved option and the base of many of our boxes including the Aisha Box. It pairs beautifully with the natural tartness of fresh strawberry.
Dark chocolate offers a richer, slightly bitter contrast to the sweetness of the fruit. It is less sweet overall and appeals to those who prefer a more intense chocolate flavour. Available in the Aisha Duo and Trio boxes.
White chocolate is sweeter and more buttery in profile, with a vanilla-adjacent flavour that works particularly well with fruit. It features in several of our Love Collection and Sweet Baby Collection boxes.
Ruby chocolate is a naturally pink chocolate with a distinctive berry-like, slightly tart flavour. It is visually striking and uniquely paired with strawberry — the flavours are genuinely complementary.
Beyond the chocolate itself, our boxes feature a range of toppings: edible gold drizzles, Ferrero Rocher, pistachio, coconut, and more — each adding an additional layer of flavour and texture.
