As our chocolate-covered strawberries and gifting items are handmade, slight variations in appearance, size, or decoration between the product shown and the product delivered may occur and do not constitute a defect.

All products are subject to availability. LA FRAISE reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or substitute an item of equal or greater value in the rare case that an ordered item becomes unavailable, where reasonably possible.

3.5 Pricing

All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is placed and confirmed.

3.6 Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by LA FRAISE. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfil the order, in which case any payment made will be refunded.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the payment methods available on our website. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. LA FRAISE does not store your full payment card details.

3.8 Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional codes and discounts are valid only for the period and conditions specified at the time of issue, cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and may be withdrawn or amended by LA FRAISE at any time.

3.9 Product Customization

Where LA FRAISE offers customization (such as personalized messages, packaging, or add-ons), customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. LA FRAISE is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer, including spelling of personalized messages.

3.10 Fresh and Perishable Products

Our products are fresh and perishable and are prepared close to the scheduled delivery time. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order promptly and for consuming or refrigerating the product appropriately upon receipt. Delivery is available across the UAE areas listed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery fees, timelines, and conditions are set out there.

3.12 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: orders may be cancelled before preparation begins; once preparation has started, cancellation is not possible due to the perishable nature of our products.

3.13 Intellectual Property

All content on lafraisedubai.com, including the LA FRAISE name, logo, product photography, packaging design, and website content, is the property of LA FRAISE and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
