La Fraise Return & Refund Policy
At La Fraise, every box is freshly prepared with premium Belgian chocolate, hand-picked fruits, and great care. Since our products are perishable and custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, your satisfaction means everything to us.
Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

We will review the issue and offer either:

A replacement delivery (subject to availability), or

A refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Once preparation has started, cancellations are not possible.
Non-Refundable Cases

Change of mind after delivery.

Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Products not stored properly after delivery (e.g., kept outside refrigeration).
