La Fraise Return & Refund Policy

At La Fraise, every box is freshly prepared with premium Belgian chocolate, hand-picked fruits, and great care. Since our products are perishable and custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

  • We will review the issue and offer either:

    • A replacement delivery (subject to availability), or

    • A refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

  • Once preparation has started, cancellations are not possible.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after delivery.

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

  • Products not stored properly after delivery (e.g., kept outside refrigeration).
